HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All our products are handmade in small batches.

HOW ARE YOUR PLANTS SOURCED?
Honoring the Earth is one of Conscious Seed’s core values. All ingredients used are ethically sourced and never endangered. We use all fair trade, organic, and locally cultivated plants, and mushrooms.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRULTY-FREE?
Absolutely. All products are tested on consenting humans only.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products keep anywhere from 6 months to 2+ years. We recommend storing your products out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO TAKE DURING PREGNANCY/BREASTFEEDING?
We always recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner about using herbs during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Some products that can be great allies during this time are Reishi and medicinal mushrooms in our Fruiting Body elixir. If you have questions regarding specific products you are interested in, please feel free to email us!

WHAT IS YOUR VEGETABLE GLYCERIN DERIVED FROM?
We use organic food-grade vegetable glycerin made from coconut oil. We never use the biodiesel bi-product (which most companies use because it's unfortunately the cheapest).

ARE YOUR FORMULAS SWEETENED?
The only "sweetener" we use is honey and vegetable glycerin, which is naturally sweet, explaining the sweetness you might be tasting.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE IF I AM TAKING PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION?
We always recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner about the use of herbal medicine while on prescription medication for serious conditions. While some herbal medicine is deemed safe, some can cause contraindications.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE MEDICINE TO TAKE EFFECT?
The general rule of thumb is 2 weeks of consistent use at the recommended dosage, but this depends on many factors: your body’s history, diet, mindset, the actual plant(s) you’re taking, and beyond. Know that although you might “not feel anything” right away, your body is generating an adaptation and response to it. Give it time, sometimes effects might take longer to perceive, while others might come instantaneously.

DISCOUNT CODE

HOW DO I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Discount codes are applied at checkout inside the box labeled 'Gift card or Discount Code.'

WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?
Discount codes are limited to one per order and can only be applied to one-time purchase items, not subscriptions. Additionally, some other exclusions may apply.

SHIPPING

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping for US domestic orders over $75.*
During promotions, free shipping is not included unless advertised as such.

*Order subtotal must be above $75 after applying discount codes.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED YET?
Our team fulfills orders as quickly as possible, in the order they are received. Typically, fulfillment day is Tuesday, depending on order volume and product availability.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you would like to return any new and unused product for a refund, the product must be returned at your expense; the original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. For all returns to be processed, we must be notified within 15 days of your order; if it's past the 15th day a return fee of 15% will be deducted from the total. Product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Items that are unused and unopened. Any returned items that have been opened are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

HOW SOON WILL I GET A REFUND?
Once your item is returned back to our kitchen and inspected by our team, your refund will be issued, typically within 1-3 business days.

MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED. DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?
Please email us at consciousseedapotheca@gmail.com. Depending on the circumstance of the missing or stolen package, we can provide a full or partial refund.

A PRODUCT DIDN'T AGREE WITH ME. CAN I GET A REFUND?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with a product, return it to us for a partial refund. All returns of opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping. Start by submitting a claim to [consciousseedapotheca@gmail.com]. Then ship to our facility at 10991 Grog Run Rd. Loveland, OH. 45140 with your name, order number, and reason for return. Product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT DO I DO?
Please email us at [consciousseedapotheca@gmail.com] to file a claim for the damaged item. For full acceptance of a damaged goods claim, we need photo evidence and adequate proof of damage provided by the customer. This allows us to submit the claim to the courier. Please include photos of: all sides of the box the package was shipped in, the inner packaging, as well as the damaged item itself. We must be notified within 30 days of delivery to issue a refund or replacement.
