FAQ

What is the shelf life of Conscious Seed products?

Our products keep anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. We recommend storing your products out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.

How are Conscious Seed products made?

All of our products are handmade by Chelsee and Kenny in small batches.

Are the plants and ingredients ethically sourced?

Honoring the Earth is one of our core values. All our ingredients are sourced ethically, from the plants, and mushrooms, to the honey that we work with. We use locally grown plants from our farmer friends and from our own micro garden. Honey from a local bee keeper that only collects honey in the summer and always leaves enough for the bees for winter and never takes from the brood.

Even though we are not certified organic (this costs $) we guarantee our outsourced ingredients are GMO-free, and free from harsh chemicals and pesticides.

Are your products cruelty free?

Absolutely. We sample and test our products personally- never on animals.

The herbs we grow and source are ethical, never endangered, and when we're wild harvesting or collecting from our garden we always leave half the blooms for the pollinators to enjoy. We personally practice our own version of permaculture and fertilize with compost that we make from discarded food scraps and herbs from our production.

What is your return policy?

With the nature of our products we do not accept returns.

If you have received a broken or an incorrect item please email or message us on Instagram with your order number, a photo or description of the mishap and we will be in touch with you asap.
