Soft Power is the culmination of years spent deeply understanding the connection between mind and body. It is an invitation to explore and embrace all parts of yourself, to find strength in vulnerability, and to discover a new way of being.
Over the course of 5 days, we will journey together into the heart of the forest and into the depths of our own selves. This retreat is about more than just disconnecting from daily life—it’s about reconnecting with what truly matters: your body, your mind, and your community.
