Plus I’ll be teaching a down-to-earth and interactive-education-based workshop, where you'll create a personalized mineral-rich Oxymel to take home and use after class. You'll learn what an Oxymel elixir is, how to prepare one with Chelsee, and what you can do with it after it's brewing. The herbs we'll work with have been grown in Chelsee's garden or sourced from other organic small-scale farms. After class, upon receiving your email, you'll receive a Notion doc with detailed directions, recipes, and flavor combination ideas! Workshop fee includes all the materials you'll need.
